Industrial systems design
We provide complete support in the process of preparing preliminary project assumptions, concepts and complete working designs, both for newly designed engineering systems and for modernisation of the existing ones, also with regard to the ATEX directive.

1. Design and implementation of screening lines
We provide design, delivery of equipment and execution of screening systems for dusts, powders and granulates. We focus on the screening of difficult materials, with a tendency to stick to the sieve. For plants operating in explosion hazardous areas, we provide solutions in accordance with the requirements of ATEX directives (screening of flammable and explosive products). In the case of plants for the food industry, on the other hand, we use hygienic equipment.

2. Design and implementation of milling lines
We design and manufacture complete milling lines for micro and nano scale. Depending on the characteristics of the ground product, we use one of three technologies: dry phase milling, wet phase milling or cryogenic milling (milling at reduced temperature to increase the brittleness of hot, ductile or fibrous materials).

3. Change of use of the existing industrial structures
We provide support at all project stages, starting from obtaining all approvals and formal documents, through preparing a multidisciplinary design and concept documentation, building permit and working design, and ending with design supervision.

4. Systems and structures adjustment to ATEX directive requirements
We specialise in the tasks which support customers in adjusting their plants to the binding explosion safety requirements. Depending on the customer needs, the work may start from preparing documents required by law, followed by system, structure or design inventory in order to determine deficiencies and irregularities, as well as checking the structural strength of devices, and ending with providing physical protection of systems against explosion.
